Birdhill to Carrigatogher
Site is clearance is 100 % complete.

There are 15 new bridges in this section and work has commenced on all of them.
Underbridge 117 under local road L6016 is 100% complete and underbridge 154 under a local access road is 100% complete.

Work has started on the Viaduct which crosses the main railway line and the Kilmastulla river and is over 50% complete.

Artificial badger sets have been built in this area and continue to be monitored.
